Experience of 10-15 years  (exposure to  vRAN/ORAN Integration and experience in LTE-A/LTE/GSM/GPRS Wireless Telecom Technologies)

• Excellent understanding of LTE (End to End Architecture and Call flows) mandatory
•In depth experience in LTE PHY, MAC, RLC level log analysis during failures and degradation in performance
• Excellent understanding of Linux environment. Hands on working experience is mandatory
• Excellent understanding of LTE PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC log analysis during failures and degradation in performance
• Hands on experience in test execution, log collection and issue reporting
• Good experience in analyzing logs and debugging issues for air interface, S1/X2 interface, multi-vendor

Integration and inter-operability issues
• Working Knowledge on Real UE/UE Simulators (TM500/IXIA), eNodeB (RRU, vBBU)  installations.
Basic Working Knowledge on vEPC (MME, HSS, SGW and PGW)

Knwoledge of typical network roll-out issues and lead in resolving it
Strong knowledge of O-RAN and V-RAN  related components and its integration and deployment process
Expertise in 4G and 5G RAN technology(L1/L2/L3)
Good understanding of the O-RAN Architecture, including the nRT-RIC-CU-DU interfaces
Excellent understanding and insight in 3GPP 4G and 5G specifications (RAN and core network)
Hands-on experience on Cloud infrastruture and RAN deployment in virtualized environment
Base experience with cloud native technologies - Kubernetes and containerized applications
Extensive experience in deploying and supporting wireless solutions with operators
Hands-on experience and expertise in estimating medium or large size projects
e2e cell site testing, validation and site performance testing
Knowledge of architectural and design patterns
Ability drive face to face meetings and teleconference calls
Reviews detailed design and validation plan
Helps in identifying testing strategies and test plan development
Ensures customer facing product documentation content and quality meeting the product delivery requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for architecture of end to end deployable 4G/5G O-RAN solutions
