POWER BI - Exposure with Embedding

Candidates should be well versed with Power BI and embedded reporting, APIs, Power BI live streaming, integration between power bi report and Webapp, Data verse.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To develop custom reports and deployed them on server using Power BI
• Data cleansing by using power query in Power BI to Pivot and Un-pivot the data model
• To Develop Power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources using data blending
• To involve in troubleshooting, resolving and escalating data related issues and validating data to improve data quality
• Strong knowledge in SQL and data warehousing methodologies and including schemas concepts
• To implement Power BI gateway for different sources to match analysis criteria and modelling for Power pivot and Power view
• Good knowledge in reporting tools
• Hands on experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization
• Strong Knowledge on Power BI to import data from various sources such as SQL Server, Azure SQL DB,
• SQL Server Analysis Services (Tabular Model), MS Excel etc.
• Installing and Configuring Enterprise Gateway and Personal Gateway in Power Bi Service
• Dax Queries to generated computed columns in Power BI
• Creating database objects - tables, views, functions and developing procedures for implementing application functionality at the database side for performance improvement
