Over the past oracle is know for its tie-ups and aquisition of companies falling in the same domain of business section that oracle is into or is expanding. Oracle not ties up with NETSUITE one of the fastest growing companies for providing cloud based ERP solution. The Oracle-Netsuite Fusion will create a tough time for its competitors who are in same segment and trying to aquire the ERP solutions on Cloud.

The Oracle NetSuit partnership, primarily stresses on integrating Oracle's HR solutiuon with NetSuite's ERP solutions which will cater to mid-size companies.

NetSuite, in which Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison is a major shareholder, that makes web enabled softwares and ERP (SAAS application) solutions on cloud, that is offered to small and mid-size companies to manage their businesses and customers.
